The first step is choosing the translator, who must be a native speaker and is carefully selected according to his/her fields of specialisation.
The translation work is kept under constant control and the Project Manager is always informed of the state of progress of the work. The utmost punctuality in the delivery of the translated document is essential to permitting a thorough proofreading before it is definitively delivered to the client. Each project has a single supervisor at Easy Language to whom the client can turn whenever necessary.
